A Guide to In and Around Owen Sound
The world-famous Bruce Trail runs through Owen Sound, offering breathtaking scenery. Points of interest include Harrison Park which offers a selection of both hard-surfaced and natural earthen trails.
The Bruce Trail also travels into Grey Sauble Conservation land, including Inglis Falls, Springmount Forest and Pottawatomi Conservation Area.
Look for white painted “blazes” on trees along the Bruce Trail to mark your path, with blue blazes denoting a side trail. Most of the Bruce Trail is for hiking only. For more information and maps, visit brucetrail.org or call 1-800-665-4453.
